Finance Manager (Investments)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance of the Group’s investment portfolio across multiple asset classes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio performance reports
• Monitor portfolio performance against strategic asset allocation benchmarks and key metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI, NAV)
• Develop and maintain financial models for investment valuation and portfolio monitoring
• Execute internal control reviews and compliance checks ensuring adherence to IFRS and Group standards
• Oversee monthly and quarterly investment reconciliations including custodian statements and broker reports
• Support Internal Audit engagements and coordinate with SSC, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA, or ACCA
• 6–8 years of experience in investment finance, private equity, corporate finance, or FP&A
• Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation, and performance analysis
• Deep understanding of investment metrics including IRR, MOIC, and NAV
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Bloomberg or portfolio management platforms
