Finance Manager - Hire to Retire

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and stabilization of Payroll operations within the Shared Services Center (SSC)
• Oversee payroll governance, controls, accounting, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor requirements across multiple countries
• Strengthen internal controls and maintain the SOX compliance framework
• Support audits and compliance reviews
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
• Collaborate with global HR, tax, treasury, and finance stakeholders
• Support ERP implementation and process migration activities
• Develop KPIs, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and Workday
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment
• Exposure to regional or global payroll governance
• Experience with process migration and stabilization
