Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAE regulations
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital
• Provide financial insights and models to support business growth and investment decisions
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and scalable processes

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Experience in real estate, brokerage, or property development is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing finance independently in a standalone role
• Deep knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA
