Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations including AP/AR, payroll, and treasury management
• Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows across the finance function
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven financial tools for forecasting and reporting
• Provide strategic data-driven insights and cost-reduction opportunities to senior leadership
• Architect internal controls and processes to manage risk during global scaling
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance staff

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing inventory in a Tier 1 ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
• High level of accuracy and drive for impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite
• Expertise in automation and AI-driven financial operations
