Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive all FEMA / RBI compliances including ODI filings, APR, FLA, and ECB/CCD reporting
• Ensure timely GST returns, TDS/TCS filings, advance tax, and transfer pricing compliance
• Manage multi-currency bank accounts and optimize foreign currency exposure
• Track and administer structured instruments such as CCDs and CCPS
• Prepare monthly cash burn, escrow reconciliation, and cash-flow forecasts
• Own end-to-end bookkeeping and prepare standalone and consolidated MIS reports under Ind AS
• Build financial models for budgeting, scenario planning, and funding decisions
• Design SOPs for accounts payable, expense management, and escrow accounting
• Implement and maintain ERP software and internal control frameworks

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) qualification is mandatory
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 2 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Hands-on experience with FEMA and RBI regulations
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or equivalent accounting software
• Strong command of Ind AS, GST, TDS, and Indian corporate law
• Experience managing statutory audits and liaising with auditors
• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to GIFT City IFSC regulatory framework
• Understanding of LEI requirements, SWIFT, NOSTRO/VOSTRO, and cross-border settlement mechanics
• Prior experience in cross-border payments
• Understanding of AI tools and models
