Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Tax & VAT compliance for the Riyadh Law Firm and KSA RHQ, including preparing monthly/quarterly reports and liaising with tax advisors.
• Oversee Zakat tax payments, Withholding Tax (WHT) returns, and ensure all entries are properly recorded in the general ledger.
• Monitor the Riyadh general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and manage key control accounts.
• Assist with Riyadh payroll processing, including GOSI and SENAD deductions.
• Supervise accounts receivable, daily bank monitoring, and receipt posting in the Aderant system.
• Manage cash flows, treasury forecasts, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring ZATCA compliance and electronic invoice submission via the Edicom platform.
• Manage accounts payable and employee expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare financial and time reports using Aderant Expert and Excel for partners and the EMEA finance team.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of KSA VAT and WHT requirements.
• Understanding of Zakat levy, Sharia principles, and local Saudi Arabian tax rules.
• Professional knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working within a professional services firm.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Aderant Expert or similar professional services software.
• Background in audit or tax practice.
• Experience working in a multi-branch professional services environment.
