Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage tax and VAT compliance for the Riyadh law firm and KSA RHQ, including preparing reports and liaising with external advisors.
• Oversee Zakat tax payments, Withholding Tax (WHT) returns, and filing of final accounts with ZATCA.
• Monitor the Riyadh general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and manage key control accounts.
• Assist with Riyadh payroll processing, including GOSI and SENAD deductions.
• Supervise accounts receivable, including daily bank checks and posting receipts in Aderant.
• Manage cash flows and provide regular treasury forecasts to the global finance team.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring ZATCA compliance and managing e-invoicing via the Edicom platform.
• Manage accounts payable and employee expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong working knowledge of KSA VAT, WHT, and Zakat levy requirements.
• Professional knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience working in a similar role within a professional services firm.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar professional services software.
• Background in audit or tax practice.
