Finance Manager Germany/Business Partner & Controlling Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage controlling, reporting, and financial transparency for German entities (Rosenheim, Salach, Bremen)
• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses (FP&A)
• Act as a Business Partner to local management by providing actionable insights from financial data
• Ensure compliance regarding P&L, balance sheets, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with international Group Finance teams
• Manage transfer pricing topics and participate in group-wide processes
• Optimize finance structures, governance, and reporting standards
• Maintain a hands-on approach to daily controlling operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in controlling, finance, or finance business partnering
• Background in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong end-to-end understanding of finance processes
• Ability to translate complex numbers into clear decision-making foundations
• Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style
• Confident communication skills with management stakeholders
• Fluency in both German and English
