Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a small group of direct reports
• Optimize business plans to drive results based on sound business judgment
• Own relationships with Plant and Finance HQ staff
• Provide robust internal and external financial analysis, consultation, and decision support
• Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision making
• Identify and correct inconsistent data by finding and fixing root causes
• Collaborate with other business units to coordinate information flow for optimal corporate decisions
• Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to executive management
• Utilize financial analysis tools to evaluate business risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance)
• 1+ years of experience managing or leading a team, including mentoring or coaching
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to senior management
• Ability to work onsite in Bowling Green, Kentucky, 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Hyperion
