Finance Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process across all business units and global entities
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and forecast performance
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
• Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and acquisitions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
• Manage cross-functional financial initiatives and drive process improvements
• Improve financial reporting capabilities through automation and technology integration
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, due diligence, and integration planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience working with ERP, EPM, and other financial planning systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification
• Experience supporting multinational or global organizations
• Experience within professional services, consulting, technology, or business services industries
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, Workday, or Hyperion
