Finance Manager, FP&A and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership, executive communication, and analytical problem-solving for the PULSE Network organization
• Produce executive-level reporting of financial performance and projections, including segment performance analysis
• Evaluate customer portfolios and economic trends to recommend strategic growth opportunities
• Develop and deploy financial frameworks to support technology decision-making
• Diagnose competitor performance and strategy to enhance strategic positioning
• Communicate strategic vision and outcomes to the executive leadership team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis
• At least 5 years of experience with financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
• 2+ years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Suite
