Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end process, including preparing financial management reports, presentations, and operating KPIs
• Manage group-wide financial consolidation for budget, forecast, month-end, and outturn
• Assist in forecasting and maintaining cashflow models for weekly reporting and budgeting
• Provide insightful variance analysis and identify underlying cost drivers to support financial decision-making
• Manage GL account and cost center structures and creation requests
• Mentor junior team members and lead improvements to operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with accounting and tax teams to ensure data accuracy and support quarterly reporting

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Corporate Finance
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Deep understanding of end-to-end P&L management (revenue, cost of sales, G&A)
• Proven experience in cashflow management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hyperion Essbase or Oracle Smart View
