Our AI-native product and operations power our full-stack auto retail business, serving EV buyers and sellers across the nation, both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely and in-person
• Run virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwide
• Structure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflows
• Leverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals and manage lender relationships
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Prepare, review, and finalize all digital and physical finance documents
• Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics
• Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Track penetration rates, gross profit, and close ratios

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience
• Proven success closing deals both remotely and in a showroom environment
• Experience with DMS platforms (Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, etc.)
• Proficiency with RouteOne, CUDL, and lender portals
• Knowledge of digital contracting, e-signature platforms, and CRM tools
• Strong knowledge of DMV, titling, and compliance workflows

• Strong backend product performance history
• Passion for EVs and digital retail
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-moving environments
