Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Oversee the annual budget and monitor monthly performance to ensure alignment
• Identify areas for cost savings and drive financial efficiency
• Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with law and regulations
• Manage cash flow and cash conversion cycle to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee investment strategies and maintain optimal working capital
• Manage financial audits and assess financial risks
• Advise on major financial decisions, like investments or acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
• Master’s degree and/or professional qualification MBA, CFA, CPA
• 10+ years in finance, leading a team with global experience
• Pre exposure to Emerging Markets, especially Middle East Africa / Asia
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Manufacturing industrial environment
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Fluency in English Language
