Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models supporting revenue, bookings, ARR, and cloud growth.
• Partner with senior business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Support sales organization design, including territory modeling, quota setting, and capacity planning.
• Review and validate commission calculations and sales incentive payouts.
• Deliver KPI dashboards, monthly financial reviews, and executive reporting for the Board.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes by leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Accounting qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the technology or ERP sector.
• Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS revenue business models.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, or similar multidimensional reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Salesforce for pipeline and revenue analysis.
• Ability to work onsite from the Bracknell office on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales compensation, quota management, and annual sales planning.
• Strong understanding of software revenue recognition principles.
• Experience partnering directly with Executive Leadership Teams.
