Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term business planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and costing.
• Manage monthly financial performance reviews and present findings to senior leadership.
• Oversee project financial performance, including cost, revenue, and profitability tracking.
• Support business case development, investment appraisals, and ROI modelling.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial reporting and ERP systems.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and sales teams to strengthen financial discipline.

Requirements

• CA, CFA, ACCA, or CPA qualification.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in manufacturing, systems, or defence sectors.
• Proven track record in FP&A, project finance, and commercial modelling.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and BI reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
