Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic lead for the Human Resources budget and contract lifecycle
• Guide HR Managers through the business case lifecycle, from problem identification to leadership presentation
• Oversee budget governance and track initiatives using dashboards and Smartsheet tools
• Partner with Supply Chain and Legal to manage the RFP process and finalize vendor contracts
• Manage Purchase Order (PO) accuracy and facilitate end-to-end invoice batching processes
• Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate project implementation and analyze Return on Investment (ROI)

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, HR operations, or budget management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial reporting systems such as Oracle, OneStream, or Hyperion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for high-visibility leadership reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
• Proficiency with Smartsheet tools
• Proven ability to manage complex data and draw valid conclusions in a fast-paced environment
