About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic supply chain initiatives by presenting financial and non-financial trade-offs using data-driven insights.
  • Own North America Operations cost and KPI reporting, maintaining a pulse on key metrics to drive the financial narrative.
  • Improve NA FP&A processes to simplify and increase accuracy in planning and reporting consolidation.
  • Oversee financial reporting for assigned business areas, validating data integrity to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with global finance and business leaders across Operations and Retail to optimize capacity planning and network design.
  • Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues while improving controls to address financial risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, tax, or a related analytical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or CPA certification.
  • Proficiency with SQL/ETL and large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., MS Access, Essbase, Cognos).
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or JD Edwards.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges through accurate financial modeling and recommendations.
