Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial, accounting, tax, and administrative operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
• Coordinate relationships with external advisors, auditors, payroll providers, and accounting firms.
• Lead monthly closing processes, financial reporting, and preparation of data for regional and headquarters management.
• Develop and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage and oversee treasury and cash flow to ensure adequate financial planning.
• Perform financial analysis and profitability studies to support new projects and strategic decision-making.
• Manage billing, reconciliation, collections, and payments while maintaining internal controls.
• Act as a financial business partner to commercial and operational teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, audit, or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, treasury, management control, and financial reporting.
• Proven expertise in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial management tools.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, telecommunications, fintech, or digital environments.
• Experience working within multinational structures or reporting to regional/corporate teams.
• Knowledge of IFRS and audit processes.
