Finance Manager Diabetes Care

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance business partner for the ADC DACH commercial leadership team
• Provide financial guidance to support strategic business decisions and growth
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Lead month-end close activities, including flash reports, commentary, and variance analysis
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs to evaluate business performance and ROI
• Support forecasting, planning cycles, and headcount management
• Analyze complex data sets, including price-volume variance and ad-hoc reporting
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Approximately 7 years of experience in finance or controlling
• Professional fluency in both German and English is essential
• Experience working within an international or matrix organization
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences
• Experience working in fast-paced commercial environments
