Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Develop annual and quarterly rolling budgets
• Monitor monthly actual performance against budget targets
• Provide financial modeling, strategic analysis, and reporting to executive leadership
• Identify financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations
• Partner with Operations leadership to review labor costs, staffing plans, and productivity metrics
• Design and develop comprehensive pricing models for new business opportunities and renewals
• Analyze cost structures including labor, technology, and infrastructure
• Evaluate pricing scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making
• Ensure proposed pricing meets company profitability and margin objectives
• Communicate financial assumptions and pricing logic to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• At least 5 years in leadership, pricing, financial analysis, or solution design roles
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
• Experience in pricing strategy or commercial finance
• Ability to interpret complex operational requirements into financial models
