Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering coaching and development plans to support team growth.
• Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped with the necessary tools and skills to meet client standards.
• Establish and maintain strong control frameworks and review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate audit responses to maintain transparency.
• Analyze current processes and lead initiatives to drive efficiency and process transformation.
• Monitor and manage adherence to SLAs, implementing corrective actions to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Oversee the preparation, validation, and reconciliation of financial statements and reports.
• Utilize working capital management knowledge to optimize receivables, payables, and cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of accounting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a BPO or shared services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and working capital management.
• Deep understanding of international accounting standards.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
