Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer contracts and sales arrangements to ensure proper revenue treatment under ASC 606
• Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close processes, including reviewing journal entries and reconciliations
• Manage a global team responsible for the end-to-end Order-to-Revenue lifecycle
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to influence deal structures that align with accounting standards
• Supervise and mentor revenue, credit control, and licensing staff
• Support audit activities including GST, Internal, and Statutory audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the quote-to-cash process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Accounting, Order to Cash, or GL Accounting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606, specifically regarding Software and SaaS contracts
• Proven leadership experience in scaling accounting functions within high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce
• Ability to support different time zones to manage a global team
