Finance Manager (Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned product and channel lines, providing financial analysis and decision support.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Deliver financial decision support, including analysis of volume, price/mix, promotions, and in-market performance.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions and portfolio prioritization.
• Own the accuracy and integrity of financial results, forecasts, and monthly accruals for assigned product lines.
• Build and maintain standardized periodic reporting and define consistent business metrics.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance roles supporting business units within a consumer durable or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for specific business units or product lines.
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD) financial modeling and analysis.
• Subject matter expertise in FP&A, including variance analysis and business performance management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning software.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), CMA, or CPA.
• Experience using SAP and Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC).
