Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure country compliance with group finance principles, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• Identify business risks and propose adequate action plans to mitigate or manage them.
• Manage operative and strategic projects, including restructuring and separations.
• Maintain strong financial health to support participation in bidding processes.
• Ensure an efficient F&A organization structure and achieve internal control objectives.
• Participate in the local Management Committee and Board of Directors.
• Manage, motivate, and develop employees in accordance with company management principles.
• Lead efficiency improvements, process standardization, and digitalization initiatives in Finance.
• Meet country financial targets and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Audit departments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Senior management experience with the ability to influence other business areas.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and developing diverse teams.
• Digitalization capabilities and experience with GBS operations centralization is desirable.
