About the Company

City Elevator specializes in the service, repair, and modernization of elevators and lifts. The company provides everything from mandatory inspections to acute repairs and large modernization projects for housing associations, commercial properties, and public buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team of five people across two locations
• Ensure correct and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Drive group reporting to the parent company in Sweden
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Act as a financial sparring partner for management regarding analyses, cash flow, and growth initiatives
• Develop and optimize processes, systems, and internal controls

Requirements

• Relevant economic education (cand.merc., HD(R), or equivalent)
• Solid experience with accounting, reporting, and financial management in a group structure
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis as management tools
• Proficiency with ERP and financial systems
• Structured and analytical working style
• Business-oriented approach with the ability to manage complexity
• Strong relationship-building skills across the organization
