Finance Manager - Budget and Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting for Wasl and its managed operations, including actual vs. budget variance analysis
• Coordinate the consolidated budgeting process across all departments and business units, including Hospitality and Golf
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis, long-term projections, and 5-year business planning documents
• Lead a team of three (Analysts and Accountants) to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of financial reporting
• Act as the focal point for FP&A initiatives, including the implementation of new budgeting tools and SAP/SAC systems
• Review capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenditure (OPEX) budget submissions and approval forms
• Develop and modernize financial reports to improve automation, presentation, and decision-making capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional accounting qualification is mandatory (CPA, ACCA, or CA)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Budgeting roles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Leasing, Real Estate Freehold Business, or Hospitality
• Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) systems
