Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with the CFO to develop detailed accounting plans across three legal entities
• Assist the CFO with various tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines
• Manage, motivate, and ensure productivity of the finance team
• Coach, train, and develop team members to increase skill levels
• Analyze workflows and develop smart solutions for process improvement
• Liaise with colleagues to problem-solve and manage internal practices
• Provide coverage and support for the team during leave

Requirements

• Qualified accountant
• Strong managerial skills for organizing and training a small team
• Excellence in accounting software (NetSuite knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
