Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the global Supply Chain function to drive margin improvement and operational agility
• Provide detailed monthly analysis on budget performance, freight, warehousing, inventory, and overheads
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to improve working capital and manage inventory effectively
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Champion reporting automation and build robust tools to improve data accessibility
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of capital projects to connect strategic intent with actual results
• Deliver targeted financial education sessions to lift financial capability across the organization

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field
• CPA or CA qualification preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning or operational finance
• Hands-on expertise in cost accounting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working within a complex supply chain environment, ideally in heavy engineering or manufacturing
• Strong track record of leading process improvements and driving value creation
