Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
• Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and mitigation strategies
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Supervise and mentor finance team members
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Coordinate with external auditors for regulatory compliance
• Implement financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency
• Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
• Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and project control
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling
• Chartered accountant status preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Availability to start immediately or with short notice
