Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Provide detailed analysis of financial results, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasts
• Monitor actual performance against the budget and provide variance analysis
• Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Drive process automation initiatives and implement robust internal controls
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team by providing financial insights

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Financial Controller role
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience using Xero or Sage is a plus
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred Qualifications

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
