About the Company

BeeX is building the world's most advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs). We specialise in providing autonomous robotics solutions to safeguard underwater infrastructure in the maritime, energy and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own core finance operations end-to-end including bookkeeping, financial controls, and management reporting
• Lead monthly close processes, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet schedules
• Prepare monthly management accounts, quarterly financial statements, and investor reporting
• Manage cash, banking, payroll, and CPF contributions
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and grant reimbursement submissions
• Support financial due diligence, budgeting, and cost monitoring using Power BI
• Implement financial policies and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and tax requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory and tax requirements (CPF, GST, IRAS) and the Employment Act
• Experience with financial statements, audit schedules, and investor reporting
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a strong advantage
