Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive annual budget planning and quarterly/monthly forecasting cycles for the WWS Organization
• Develop financial frameworks to drive strategic decisions and provide ROI insights on Sales & Marketing investments
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, synthesizing key trends and business risks for senior leadership
• Utilize SAP and Anaplan to track, manage, and report all OPEX expenditure forecasts
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and HR to track headcount and provide ad-hoc financial analyses for fixed costs
• Manage quarter-end activities, including cross-charges, accruals, and acting as a liaison between Corporate Accounting and Sales Finance
• Lead special projects such as building new financial models, revamping processes, and driving continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CA, MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus)
• 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience supporting sales organizations
• Proficiency in SAP and Anaplan
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SaaS and Sales Metrics
