Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and fund level returns
• Collaborate with Investor Relations on fundraising materials and investor requests
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MD&A on fund performance for senior management
• Contribute to the valuation process for debt, equity, and CLO investments
• Review fund administrator work and coordinate capital calls and distributions
• Work with the Tax team on quarterly tax estimates and year-end allocations
• Track investment portfolios and interest payment receipts
• Manage daily cash monitoring and bank reconciliation
• Lead the coordination with outside auditors for year-end audited financials
• Coach and develop junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification
• 5+ years of experience, including public accounting
• Experience with alternative investment asset managers
• Extensive experience with Private Equity/Debt valuation

Preferred Qualifications

• SEC/BDC reporting experience
• CLO experience
