Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world’s largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimise portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full AP and AR cycle and maintain finance system integrity
• Maintain and improve the finance stack and build scalable workflows for audit readiness
• Own all statutory compliance across all operating jurisdictions
• Manage end-to-end payroll, banking, FX, and cash flow forecasting
• Lead the monthly close and prepare consolidated management accounts for the CEO and Board
• Manage multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation and budget analysis
• Build and own the Group financial model and investor-grade financial infrastructure
• Work with the CEO on funding needs, runway, burn, and scenario planning
• Support due diligence and translate performance into financial narratives for investors

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified with Big 4 or mid-tier public practice training
• 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-entity general ledger and monthly close
• Exposure to capital raising, investor reporting, or due diligence
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Hands-on Australian statutory compliance experience
• Working knowledge of Xero across multiple entities
• Ability to operate independently in a lean team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV)
• Direct involvement in fundraising processes or building investor data rooms
• Experience with R&D tax incentive claims
• Experience leading external audit processes
