Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise Power BI dashboards
• Build and refine enterprise-grade financial models across resorts, hotels, and new ventures
• Support capital allocation, cash flow forecasting, and scenario planning
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to model financial implications of strategic initiatives
• Serve as a dedicated finance partner to corporate functions including IT, Marketing, and HR
• Deliver department-level models for budgeting and monthly reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, data analytics, or related field
• 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A
• Heavy emphasis on financial modeling and cross-functional business partnering
• Proficiency in Power BI with experience in integrated financial reporting
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data for non-financial audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in travel & leisure, hospitality, luxury, or real estate
• Experience supporting corporate functions like IT, Marketing, or HR
