Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the country’s finance organization, ensuring integrity of financial operations and internal controls
• Partner with business leadership to execute financial strategies supporting growth and profitability
• Perform economic analysis to evaluate project viability and financial drivers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including forecasts and P&L at station level
• Manage budgeting, long-term planning, and CAPEX/OPEX investment requests
• Oversee accounting functions including invoice processing, collections, inventory counts, and cash reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, IFRS, and tax laws
• Coordinate treasury, banking operations, and intercompany transactions
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• 5-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a multinational environment
• Experience in industrial services, laboratories, or energy sectors preferred
• Strong knowledge of KSA financial regulations and tax laws
• Proven experience managing multiple legal entities
• Fluent in English and Arabic
