Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the Accounts Payable function, including vendor setup, payment runs, and optimization of DPO.
• Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with operational leaders.
• Forecast and manage weekly cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies in compliance with IFRS.
• Provide value-added financial analysis, KPIs, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Coach and develop finance team members while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Financial Controller, senior accounting, or FP&A role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• Solid understanding of project accounting, including WBS structures and revenue recognition.
• Proven leadership experience managing transactional finance or Accounts Payable teams.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project environment.
• SAP experience (FI/CO, PS, MM).
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA.
• Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence reporting tools.
