Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own AP/AR, monthly close, and coordination with external accountants
• Review financial statements, audits, tax, and compliance
• Act as source of truth for burn, runway, and financial capacity
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Manage relationships with banks and payment providers
• Support financial setup and reporting for SPVs and project entities
• Prepare internal financial reports and support board/investor reporting

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in finance, finance operations, FP&A, or audit
• Experience in a startup/scale-up, VC fund finance team, or consulting/audit firm
• Ability to own processes end-to-end
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate
• Fluency in English and either German or Danish
