About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all financial operations to ensure business sustainability and profitability
- Develop and monitor the annual company budget, analyzing deviations and projecting liquidity scenarios
- Oversee cash flow, manage payments and collections, and maintain operational relationships with banks
- Guarantee the reliability of financial statements and ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Evaluate project profitability and prepare key reports to support General Management decision-making
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in financial areas
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles (Coordinator, Head, or Assistant Manager)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialization, Master's degree, or MBA
