Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-3 year enterprise leadership accelerator through 3-4 strategic rotations
• Gain expertise in Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit
• Engage in executive mentorship and a Leadership Development Series
• Influence financial strategy and drive enterprise-wide business outcomes

Requirements

• Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2023–2026)
• 2-3 years of professional experience with progressive responsibility
• Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in developing enterprise technology automation and analytics solutions
• Demonstrated leadership potential
