Finance - Legal Entity Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and control activities to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Execute core processes to strengthen the overall financial control environment
• Develop a deep understanding of finance operations, including regulatory requirements and core controls
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the adoption of automation, data-driven approaches, and AI tools
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable bodies
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and escalate risk events immediately
• Model the highest standards of integrity and conduct in alignment with company values

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (including F-1, J-1, M-1, CPT, or OPT)
• A genuine interest in finance departmental tracks
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
