Finance Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in finance-related disciplines
• Administer and assess examinations, assignments, and projects in line with academic requirements
• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to students throughout their lifecycle
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and improvements in teaching quality and assessment practices
• Maintain an active research and scholarly agenda relevant to the discipline
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry, community organizations, and academic institutions
• Support student employability through internships, industry placements, and experiential learning

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Finance or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• Proven teaching excellence at both Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels
• Knowledge of and experience maintaining AACSB accreditation requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of students
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
