Finance Leader - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead business partnerships across markets, regions, and practices to guide strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain integrated commercial, operational, and people analytics to monitor business performance.
• Develop complex financial models and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to improve performance.
• Create persuasive presentations and communication materials for the Board of Directors and C-suite executives.
• Design and implement a roadmap to enhance FP&A capabilities through technology and team development.
• Lead, develop, and provide financial mentorship to FP&A team members and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, specifically within FP&A.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting C-level executives in a strategic finance capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building complex models for M&A and valuation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to deliver high-quality storytelling and presentations.
• Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA designation.
• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or consulting sectors.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management software (experience with IFS or Onestream is a plus).
• Proven track record of building finance functions and implementing digital reporting platforms.
