Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Egypt and KSA
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely closings
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and Saudi regulations including ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, and Zakat
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners
• Lead and support the accounting team across both countries
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and ERP utilization
• Support management with financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies
• Strong understanding of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations
• Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations and ZATCA requirements
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
