Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Own Partiful's financial model and use it to drive leadership decisions
• Scenario model for hiring, fundraising, expansion, and monetization
• Own pricing strategies and build unit economics for monetization efforts
• Manage the financial side of ticketing deals, including partner diligence and ROI modeling
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax firms to ensure clean books and timely closes
• Own controls, policies, and end-to-end finance process design
• Drive cost reduction across the business
• Build and own budget infrastructure, including department targets and Ramp configuration
• Execute day-to-day financial operations including AP/AR, cash management, and cap table admin

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in finance
• Foundation in Private Equity (PE) or Investment Banking (IB)
• At least 2 years of experience at a startup
• Excellent modeling and analytical skills
• Experience underwriting deals and creating effective deal structures
• High attention to detail and obsession with accuracy
• AI-native mindset with a bias toward using AI to streamline workflows
• Bachelor's degree (MBA is a bonus)
