Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Accounts Receivable processes to reduce delinquency
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as aging, delinquency rates, and average collection period
• Establish collection workflows, defining specific stages and deadlines
• Manage Accounts Payable processes and develop relevant performance indicators
• Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency
• Lead the team responsible for client billing and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Monitor and report on cash flow
• Perform account reconciliations and aging analysis
• Support financial closing and the generation of financial reports
• Manage internal controls and drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or a related financial field
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and MS Office Suite
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in team management and leadership
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
