Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of annual plans and monthly forecasts
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Partner with leadership, manufacturing, and commercial teams to identify cost savings through data analytics
• Support the development of capital investment business cases and new product costing
• Ensure accurate product costing through standard setting processes
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost consciousness across the site
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SOX controls and support internal/external audits
• Manage communications and timelines to ensure all reporting deadlines are met
• Support the annual transfer pricing process and perform ad hoc analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in statutory and/or management reporting
• Experience working within a shared services model
• Proven experience in financial planning
• Experience with inventory accounting processes

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Knowledge of Supply Chain finance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial issues clearly
