Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records, including invoices and expense reports
• Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analyses
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Conduct basic research on financial topics and industry trends
• Collaborate with finance team members on special projects and initiatives
• Perform administrative tasks to support departmental operations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in finance or accounting
