Responsibilities
- Support the application and registration of payments in corporate systems
- Perform reconciliation activities and follow up on financial transactions
- Provide support in updating and controlling information related to payments and collections
- Collaborate in identifying and resolving discrepancies in payment processes
- Participate in operational and administrative activities associated with financial management
Requirements
- Currently in 6th or 7th semester of International Business, Accounting, Administration, or related technical degree
- Basic to intermediate English
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (Basic-Intermediate)
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Gmail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 30 hours per week (part-time morning shift)
